"Bharaj" Cold feed extruders must have for all Extrusion units seeking precision and accurate extrusion. "Bharaj" Cold feed extruders are designed specially in view the latest trends and requirements.

Salient Features
  • No warning mills are required as cold rubber can be feeded at room temperature thus saving power and labour.
  • Scroll and lines made of en-41b, nitra hardened and polished.
  • A special pressure melt transducer is provided which gives a pressure indication on the head and also controls the screw rpm as per the set pressure valve enabling extrusio at a consistent pressure optional.
  • Barels are steel fabricated jacketed for heating and cooling with replaceable liners.
  • Feed rolls are specially designed for easy maintenance.
  • Feeding arrangement with spiral undercut and feed roll arrangement provided which ensures proper bite and strip fed to screw.
  • Automatic temperature controlling system.
