Bharaj Hot Feed Rubber Extruder are ideally suited for production of Rubber Chords, Rubber Strips, Rubber Profiles, Rubber Tubing, Rubber Channels, Rubber Treads and are Specially designed for meeting the need for efficient and quality extrusions.

• Our Extrusions are fitted with two stage Helical Gear Box in place of worm Reduction Gear Box for achieving high efficiency.
  

• Scroll & lines are made of en-41b, nitra hardened and polished.

• All extruder Equipped with variable drive systems of Siemens make.

• Barrels are steel fabricated, jacketed for heating and cooling with replaceable liners.

• Feed rolls are specially designed for easy maintenance.

• Feeding arrangement with spiral undercut and feed roll arrangement provided which ensures a proper bite & strip fed to screw
